From interested trainees, Team Impact forms competitive 5v5 flag and 7v7 travel teams.* These teams attend tournaments nationwide and involve only the most driven and dedicated athletes.

Impact Travel does NOT recruit athletes from other teams, schools or organizations. Every athlete must earn and maintain their position on the team through consistent performance and improvement. This aspect of Team Impact Coaching demands commitment not only from the athletes, but also from the support of their families. Practices, workshops and adherence to Team Impact's Code of Conduct are MANDATORY for these athletes. The results yield one thing.  CHAMPIONS.
