During skills training, Team Impact athletes will train twice per week during the Fall and Spring seasons.
Skills Training sessions cover strength improvement with some of the valley's top strength and conditioning coaches, speed training with club level track and field coaches, and football IQ with frequent white board and film review sessions.
Our progressive training/coaching system is designed to advance young athletes for High School preparation.
